Kaiyuan Mingdu Hotel is currently the first Kaiyuan Mingdu Hotel in Liuyang City and also the first five-star hotel in the Shuijia area. The project is located in the world-famous 'Hometown of Fireworks' Liuyang City, with a planned operating area of about 38,000 square meters and a total investment of about 400 million yuan. The hotel is set within a 198-meter landmark super high-rise complex and is scheduled to be put into use in November 2023.

The planned operating area is about 30,000 square meters, with a total investment of about 400 million yuan. The hotel is set within a 198-meter landmark super high-rise complex and is scheduled to go live globally in May 2025. The first to fourth floors are for the hotel lobby and supporting facilities, while the 33rd to 42nd floors are for hotel guest rooms, totaling about 240 rooms, with about 24 rooms per floor. Standard rooms are about 40 square meters, and suites are about 70 square meters. The hotel is equipped with a gym, swimming pool, and other sports facilities, allowing guests to maintain their health and vitality during their stay. The various functional entrances and elevators are independently zoned.
The hotel lobby will incorporate elements of the Liuyang River. Stepping into the lobby feels like walking along the banks of the Liuyang River, with the flow of the river presented in the spatial design, bringing you a sense of tranquility and harmony; the central fireworks waterfall design adds a romantic and mysterious touch.
The hotel banquet hall will be inspired by blooming flowers, with dazzling lights resembling fireworks and stars, as if capturing the brilliant fireworks in the moment, filling the entire space with a joyful and festive atmosphere.
